The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has launched its Electronic Frequency Information System (EFIS) following the publication of the National Radio Frequency Plan 2026 (NRFP-26).

EFIS provides an interactive platform to:

• Search frequency bands

• Access South Africa’s frequency allocation table

• View ITU-R Recommendations and footnotes

• Access regulatory and technical documents
