Serbia continues implementation of its EU RED-aligned radio equipment framework ahead of the planned transition to a self-declaration compliance system by 2027.

Under the current framework, Certificates of Conformity (CoC) for RF equipment remain mandatory with a 5-year validity period. However, Serbia is expected to phase out the national CoC requirement after 31 December 2026 as part of its alignment with the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED).
