Saudi Arabia has published SASO 3114:2026;Requirements for Specific ICT Equipment, introducing an updated standard for certain categories of information and communication technology (ICT) equipment.

The standard replaces the previous SASO-CITC-GEN-002 specification and is intended to support the regulatory framework applicable to products within its scope.

According to the published implementation schedule, SASO 3114:2026 is scheduled to become effective on 1 November 2026.
