Nepal (NTA) has allocated 865MHz to 868 MHz band for IoT, M2M and smart metering operating in non-cellular mode in an non-exclusive and unprotective shared basis.

The allocation is on the back of Radio frequency allocation and pricing policy 2080 approved in October by the Nepal Radio Frequency Policy Determination Committee. The policy would be released in November for general public to view.
