On July 15, 2025, Indonesia’s Directorate of Digital Infrastructure Services (DJID) released Circular No. 03/2025, introducing a mandatory new format for the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) required in telecom equipment certification processes.

Key Deadlines:

• Effective Date for New Format: August 1, 2025

• Grace Period Ends: August 31, 2025

Effective August 1, 2025, all applicants must submit a Declaration printed on their official company letterhead, stating that their device complies with applicable technical standards. The statement must include:

• Device Name

• Brand

• Model/Type

• Country of Production

• Certificate Application ID

The declaration must be signed by a responsible company representative, confirming that the submitted information and documentation are accurate and complete.

The new format aims to ensure accountability and compliance with technical regulations. Applications submitted after August 31, 2025 using outdated formats or lacking this declaration will be automatically rejected.
