ENACOM has extended the implementation date of the new RAMATEL regulatory framework from 1 September 2026 to 1 December 2026 under Resolution 843/2026.

Until 1 December 2026, RAMATEL registrations will continue to be processed under the existing Resolution 729/80 framework.

The extension gives manufacturers, importers and compliance teams additional time to prepare for the transition to the new registration and certification requirements.
