The ARTCI (Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications de Côte d’Ivoire) has launched a one-month experimental period for its new digital type approval management system, effective February 9, 2026.

Transition to Digital Processing

Applicants are now invited to complete an electronic draft form during the type approval process. ARTCI will use the information submitted through this system to issue type approval certificates, streamlining the approval workflow and improving efficiency.

Sample Requirement

A physical sample will now be required as part of the type approval process.
